1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the seremban2 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and seremban2 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The seremban2 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where participation in online betting is permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable to them.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of seremban2 services, you'll need to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the details provided during registration are truthful and updated whenever any changes occur.
Account Security is the user's responsibility. You are required to:
- Keeping your account password confidential at all times.
- Not sharing your login credentials with any third party.
- Notify seremban2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. seremban2 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through additional verification processes.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any bets or transactions made using your login credentials.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Seremban2 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity using the platform.
- Transferring funds to other user accounts without authorisation from management.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the payment system or games.
- Distributing harmful, false, or misleading content to other users through the platform.
- Using the platform on behalf of a third party without prior written consent from seremban2.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances associated with fraudulent activity, and where necessary, appropriate legal action.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the seremban2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are obtained from legitimate sources and belong to the user themselves.
Deposits: Deposits can be made via the local payment methods available and displayed in the Wallet section of your account. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is shown during the deposit process. seremban2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals require completed identity verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for the chosen method. seremban2 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a breach of terms.
Transaction cancellations: Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. Deposits credited to your gaming account are non-refundable to the original payment method, except under circumstances specifically outlined in seremban2's refund policy.
Seremban2 reserves the right to deduct processing fees applicable to certain transactions. Any such fees will be communicated to the user before the transaction is confirmed.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Seremban2 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including losses from betting, service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss. seremban2's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
Seremban2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or platform abuse. Users will be notified via their registered email, unless such disclosure may compromise an ongoing investigation. Valid balances will be returned to the user once the investigation concludes and no violations are confirmed.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, text, and visual elements on the seremban2 platform are the exclusive property of seremban2 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The seremban2 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. seremban2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
Seremban2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Continued use of the seremban2 platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution forum under the relevant jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions in this document.
